Damaged goods
In case you receive an item which is damaged, kindly provide photograph depicting the damage via email and we will respond with the course of action that you need to adopt in order to get a replacement. You can reach us at Service@sunmig.com


Wrong item
In case you receive an item which you did not order, contact us via email at Service@sunmig.com with your order number and we will help you accordingly. Please attach a photograph in the email along with the problem so that we can immediately exchange the product. Once we receive the item in unused condition, we will immediately dispatch the new item.


Dissatisfied with the product
Kindly provide us with a photograph of the received product along with the reasons for dissatisfaction with 7 days of receiving the product. Email us at Service@sunmig.com and our rep from customer service will get in touch with you.

1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund/exchange will not be acceptable for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. NO restocking fee, NO hidden costs, paying for your own shipping costs for returning only.
4. You will need to provide a valid tracking number in case of return has been approved.
5. The refund process usually takes up to 3 Business working after the initiating of the refund.
6. In case of a return, the customer has to pay for the shipping. However, if the exchange is because of a damaged product, we will replace it at our cost.
